Two year history of bony swelling on dorsum of left foot, approximately 3.5cm size. Not mobile, feels hard and bony.

Well-defined expansile lucent lesion with a punctate internal matrix and cortical thinning extending from the neck of the second metatarsal into the midshaft. Clearly defined zone of transition between normal and abnormal bone.
The lesion measures approximately 2 cm in maximum diameter.
Case Discussion
The appearances of the lesion are those of an enchondroma.
