There is a smooth concavity in the uterine fundus instead of more common straight fundal contour inferring arcuate uterus.
Both fallopian tubes are patent and of normal caliber with distal contrast spillage in the peritoneum.

Arcuate uterus is the most common and mild form of Mullerian duct anomaly and typically associated with normal-term gestation.
