A 50×40 mm mass with irregular margin is present at right lung upper lobe that infiltrates adjacent mediastinum. There are also several nodules scattered at both lung fields less than 10 mm. Additionally, several small lymphadenopathies are noted at right paratracheal and hilar regions.
Case Discussion
Features on CT scan are compatible with right lung cancer with adjacent mediastinal involvement and lymphadenopathies.
