Presentation

Two weeks of fever.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

Bilateral airspace consolidation and pleural effusions are present. Widened right paratracheal stripe. 

Case Discussion

Chest x-ray one week earlier (not available) demonstrated only mediastinal lymph node enlargement. Confirmed pulmonary tuberculosis.
