How is the radiocapitellar line drawn?
The line is drawn by extending a line along the axis of the radial neck towards the capitellum. It is important to draw the line along the radial neck and not along its shaft because of the angulation between their axes.
The radiocapitellar line (drawn in red) is intersecting the middle of the capitellum (painted in yellow) in both frontal and lateral projections.
