There is a 13*23*24mm heterosignal ( low on T1 and high on PDfs ) mass lesion with peripheral scattered low signal areas of calcifications at the plantar surface of the second digit with adhesion to the flexor tendon.
Similar larger mass lesion measuring about 25*28*48mm at the plantar surface of midfoot with involvement of quadrants plantaris and flexor digiturom brevis muscles and bulging into space between the first and second metatarsal.
