60 x 55 mm thin-walled cyst at right cardiophrenic angle most consistent with a pericardial cyst.

This case illustrates the appearances of a pericardial cyst and its typical location at the right cardiophrenic angle. On chest x-ray, they can mimic pericardial fat pad or Morgagni hernia.
