Oval-shaped mass measuring 4 x 3 x 3 cm (cc x ap x ml) within the endometrial cavity. The lesion is of low signal on T1 and hyperintense on T2 compared to the myometrium with heterogeneous enhancement (less than myometrium) and restricted diffusion on DWI/ADC.
The mass slightly extends to the myometrium with an intact outer half of the myometrium.

The patient underwent a laparoscopic hysterectomy.

Histopathology examination reported a mixture of solid areas and foci of well-formed glands lined by moderately atypical cells consistent with endometrial adenocarcinoma, grade 2, stage 1A.
