The CTA demonstrates the following cardiovascular anomalies:

• the right atrium communicates with the morphologic left ventricle
• the morphologic left ventricle gives rise to the pulmonary artery with stenosis at the level or slightly above the pulmonary valve (diameter = 8 mm)
• the left atrium communicates with the morphologic right ventricle
• the morphologic right ventricle gives rise to the aorta which is patent with a normal calibre
• large ventricular septal defect (VSD) measuring 25 mm
• pulmonary stenosis: both main pulmonary arteries are reduced in calibre measuring 10 mm in diameter on the right and 13 mm on the left with a normal calibre of their lobar and segmental branches
• major aortopulmonary collateral arteries (MAPCAs)
• normal appearance of the pulmonary veins
