Posterior fossa craniotomy, right.
Ventricles, sulci and cisterns appear normal.
Multiple calcified meningiomas, unchanged compared to previous study (done a year before; not shown): peripheral bifrontal, falcine, abutting left sigmoidal sinus, abbuting left tentorium.
Widespread ischemic white matter changes - periventricular, biparietal and in both cerebellar hemispheres.
Case Discussion
Multiple small meningiomas and chronic ischemic changes, unchanged from previous study (not shown).
