Known case of lung carcinoma with weight loss and hemoptysis., now presented with left shoulder pain.
Patient Data
Large heterogeneously enhancing mass in the left lower lobe adjacent to the pleura, obliterating the LLL bronchus mediobasal and posterobasal subsegments, marked narrowing the LLL superior and laterobasal subsegmental branches, without transgressing the limits of the fissure
Irregular thickening of interstitial septae of LLL around the mass
Large soft tissue destructive mass infiltrated the scapula and humerus head and proximal diaphysis
Multiple large lymphadenopathies with maximum SAD up to 18 mm at left axillary space
Hypodence subcutaneous nodule along with dorsal spine in the midline position
The visible portion of the abdominal organs is unremarkable.
Histopathology of the left humerus soft tissue mass lesion revealed metastatic pulmonary adenocarcinoma.
