There is a well-defined left intra-orbital mass measuring 24 x 18 x 16 mm of intraconal location, lateral to the optic nerve which is compressed and displaced medially as well as the ocular globe anteriorly (proptosis grade I). It displays an intermediate signal on T1, high signal on T2 and FLAIR with progressive enhancement on postcontrast sequences with a complete fill-in on delayed postcontrast axial and coronal T1 fat sat sequences. The peripheral pseudocapsule is well-visualised as a low signal rim on T2 and GE sequences.
