Evaluate the position of a new left subclavian central venous line on an ICU patient

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

x-ray

The endotracheal tube, feeding tube, and left subclavian catheter are appropriately positioned. A left-sided "deep sulcus" sign indicates the presence of a left pneumothorax.

A coronal CT scan confirms a left pneumothorax.
