Juvenile male from penal system suspected of sequestering object in rectum.

Patient Data

Age: 16 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Foreign body noted in pelvis, likely in rectum. Appearance most consistent with cigarette lighter.

Abdominal radiograph otherwise unremarkable. Nonobstructed bowel gas pattern.
