Gender: Female

Large membranous VSD.

Dilated left atrium.

Aberrant right subclavian artery arising from aortic arch distal to the origin of the left subclavian artery.

Focal mild narrowing of proximal descending aorta distal to the origin of the right aberrant subclavian artery (post ductal aortic coarctation).

Left persistent superior vena cava.

Patent ductus arteriosus with dilated pulmonary artery (features of pulmonary hypertension).

Annotated images show the extracardiac anomalies.
