Patent Ductus Arteriosus is seen. It measures 1.9 cm in diameter on the aortic side and 13 mm on the pulmonary side. The length of the PDA is 2.4 cm.
The pulmonary trunk is dilated. It measures about 3.6 cm in diameter compared to 3.4 cm diameter of ascending aorta at the same level.
The left atrium and ventricle are dilated.
Right atrium and ventricle are not dilated.
Case Discussion
Patent Ductus Arteriosus is present with dilated left ventricle and left atrium and prominent pulmonary veins likely due to reversal flow pattern.
