Which scan features help to establish a diagnosis?
This is predominantly a cystic lung disease with a few nodules. The cysts are numerous and have bizarre shapes. The distribution is upper zone predominant with sparing of the costophrenic angles and anterior portions of the lingula segment and right middle lobe.
Numerous upper zone predominant elongated cysts, which accompany pulmonary artery branches and spare the subpleural lung. The costophrenic and anterior angles of the lung are spared. There are a few small lung nodules.
