Diffuse narrow caliber of the aortic arch is noted (14 mm in diameter) from just distal to the brachiocephalic artery with a more discrete area of constriction at the level of origin of the left subclavian artery (8 mm in diameter). The ascending aorta has a caliber of 36 mm and descending aorta has 32 mm.
Calcifications are seen at the site of aortic narrowing.
Shared origin of the brachiocephalic artery and left common carotid artery (Bovine arch)
The right internal thoracic artery is dilated.
The pulmonary veins are normally draining to the left atrium.
SVC and IVC are draining to the right atrium.
Normal origin and caliber (28 mm in diameter) of the pulmonary trunk are noted.
