Acute free gallbladder perforation

Focal defect in the free wall of the gallbladder. Sizable amount of free intraperitoneal fluid, mostly in the right abdomen.
Case Discussion
CT findings are in keeping with acute free perforation of the gallbladder into the peritoneal cavity, classified as type 1 according to the Neimeier-Anderson classification 1.
Cholecystectomy was performed and confirmed gallbladder perforation.
