Patchy ill defined, mostly subpleural, ground glass opacities and focal consolidations are seen at both lungs highly suggestive for COVID19 pneumonia. 

Right sided aortic arch is present.

Right-sided aortic arch is a type of aortic arch variant characterized by the aortic arch coursing to the right of the trachea. 

This patient had positive RT-PCR testing for COVID-19.
