There is a well-defined thin-walled cystic lesion of the left medial canthus at the nasolacrimal duct, measuring 28 x 20 x 18 mm with fluid homogeneous content (mean density = 18 HU) and no peripheral enhancement on contrast-enhanced images.
Case Discussion
CT features of a well-defined thin-walled cystic lesion of the left medial canthus enlarging the nasolacrimal duct most consistent with a dacryocystocele.
