Patchy subpleural and intraparenchymal opacities are seen at both lungs highly suggestive for COVID-19 pneumonia.
A little amount pleural effusion is present bilaterally.
Post-operative changes are seen due to sternotomy and CABG.

This patient had positive RT-PCR testing for COVID-19 delta variant.
