Cystic lesion noted in right sublingual space with extension into the submandibular space. The largest component measures approximately 13x12mm. There is mild rim enhancement.
Case Discussion
The patient presented with a 2-month history of fluctuant right sublingual swelling. Findings are consistent for a diving ranula with extension into submandibular space and a collapsed sublingual portion or "tail".
