Hand trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Minimally displaced transverse fracture of the 4th metacarpal shaft.

5th metacarpal neck fracture with volar angulation, consistent with a Boxer fracture. No intra-articular involvement.
