A 70 mm partially exophytic mass is noted at the posteroinferior aspect of the pancreas body, which shows delayed enhancement. The pancreatic duct is not dilated. The mass causes encasement at the splenic vein and artery. Tissue exam confirms pancreatic endocrine tumor (non-functioning subtype).
A few lymphadenopathies are noted in the paraaortic region.
There are multiple masses throughout the liver, which are hypersignal on T2WI and hyposignal on T2WI. The largest one is 26 mm. After contrast injection, they show arterial phase hyperenhancement with delayed washout inferring hypervascular metastases.
A few thin walled cysts are also observed in the liver.
