A 57×48 mm exophytic hetero dense mass with a small focus of calcification is present at the upper pole of the right kidney. After contrast media administration, mean attenuation values of the mass increased from 26 HU to 42 HU. The nephrographic phase CT scan shows that the mass enhances less than normal renal parenchyma.
In addition, several non-enhanced simple cortical cysts are seen in both kidneys.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
