Presentation

Bilateral acute flank pain.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
ct

Mild hydroureteronephrosis is present at both sides. A 7 mm stone is present at distal of right ureter just before the UVJ. There is also a 7 mm stone at junction of middle and distal third of left ureter.
