Large frond like intraventricular mass centred within the trigone and body of the right lateral ventricle. The mass appears hypointense on T1 weighted imaging and hyperintense on T2 weighted imaging. Features of high tumour vascularity are present with dilated feeding choroidal arteries and deep draining vein. These findings are consistent with a choroid plexus papilloma. No intracranial or leptomeningeal metastases are evident.
The septum pellucidum is deviated to the left. Early dilatation of the left lateral, third and fourth ventricles is suggestive of associated hydrocephalus.
