Presentation

Bone pain. Known case of lung cancer a year ago.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Multifocal and diffuse abnormal signal ( low on T1 and high on T2 fat sat sequences ) bone marrow lesions along with pelvic bones, thoracic and lumbosacral spine that show avid enhancement after contrast injection.

Primary pathological diagnosis of the patient a year ago.
