Flash filling hepatic hemangioma

Hypodense subcapsular lesion measuring 12 x 10 x 11 mm in the 7th hepatic segment, enhances intensely in the arterial phase and its enhancement is isodense to that of the portal vein (not shown) in the portal phase.
Case Discussion
Involved in an MVA as a pedestrian, cannot remember the details. Minimal subarachnoid hemorrhage (CT head not included here).
