Presentation

Right upper abdominal discomfort

Patient Data

Age: 55 Years
Gender: Female

The CBD is dilated (12mm) till the lower end, with a single intraluminal filling defect,  measured 14x5.6mm with a meniscus sign in its distal end, picture of choledocholithiasis.

The cystic duct, pancreatic duct, and intrahepatic biliary trees are normal.

The gallbladder shows normal wall thickness, contains multiple various size stones ranging from 20-25mm, no signs of inflammation.

The liver and pancreas are normal.

ERCP was performed and the CBD stone was removed successfully.
