There is the thickness of the endometrium like the oval-shaped mass. It shows the isointense signal to endometrium on T1, T2 with heterogeneous enhancement and without evidence of myometrial invasion.

The hysterectomy was performed, histopathology confirms the benign endometrial hyperplasia.

This case demonstrates the imaging features of endometrial hyperplasia on MRI.

The differential diagnosis includes endometrial polypsendometrial carcinoma, and submucosal uterine leiomyoma.
