Long and short axis images
There is a well-defined lesion in the region of interest, measuring about 18 x 18 x 5 mm. It is located in the deeper part of the subcutaneous fat and abuts the fascia. Normal palmaris longus lies deep to the lesion. The lesion is heterogeneously hypoechoic with few linear echogenic foci without capsule/calcification/ cystic changes/acoustic enhancement/ acoustic shadow/ compressibility/ vascularity.
The perilesional subcutaneous fat is echogenic mildly increased vascularity.
