Presentation

Work up for cough and breath shortness.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
ct

All visceral organs are laterally filliped in favor of situs inversus.

Postoperative changes are seen due to sternotomy and CABG.

Patchy ill defined, mostly subpleural, ground glass opacities and focal consolidations are seen at both lungs, highly suggestive for COVID19 pneumonia.
