Arachnoid cyst

Prominent retro-cerebellar CSF space with scalloping of inner table of occipital bone is seen. Extra-axial CSF space is also prominent.
Case Discussion
Features described in the above lesion gives us two differential diagnosis. There is also presence of age related brain parenchymal volume loss. Differentials are :
- Retrocerebellar arachnoid cyst
- Mega cisterna magna
