Symmetrical hyperintensity involving caudate head , putamen and thalamus noted. On USG correlation liver cirrhosis was observed.KF ring visualised on examining the eye.
Some times high signal intensity noted in tegmentum with preservation of substantial nigra and red nucleus signal giving rise to faceFace of the giant panda appearancesign (midbrain).However this sign is not present in our case.
