The typical appearance of peritoneal hydatidosis usually occurs secondary to the seeding of echinococcosis to the peritoneum and gives the appearance of a multiloculated mass.
The patient underwent surgical resection of the cystic lesions, and histopathology evaluation confirms hydatid infection.
