Post-primary pulmonary tuberculosis

Presentation

Chest pain and cough in a poorly controlled diabetic patient.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Fibrotic changes and scattered cavitation and traction bronchiectasis are seen at both lungs. There are also small centrilobular nodules in linear branching pattern at both lung fields resembling Tree in bud appearance and suggestive for bronchiolitis.
