Markedly irregular coronary arteries, particularly LAD, with multiple small-medium coronary aneurysms. An incidental aberrant right subclavian artery is noted.
Case Discussion
Gated CT was performed urgently when the patient developed chest pain with decompensating cardiorespiratory observations. The patient made a quick recovery with steroid therapy.
