  1. Initial CXR: Bronchogenic cyst
  2. Follow-up CXR: Post surgical resection
  3. Follow-up CXR 2 weeks post surgical resection
ct

Large fluid-density well-circumscribed right paraspinal lesion abutting the posterior margin of the right main pulmonary and extending into the mediastinum. No associated mass effect. No enhancing solid components or perceptible wall. Cystic structure in the subcarinal space likely represents a contiguous component of the main cyst.

Appearances most likely represent a bronchogenic cyst with a middle mediastinal origin.
