Viable intrauterine monochromic monoamniotic conjoined twin pregnancy.
The study shows conjoined twins:
- paired body parts include chest, heart, and abdomen
- separated paired parts include the heads, lower limbs and upper limbs
- shared single parts, single umbilical cord
Case Discussion
Classic case of thoracopagus which is a type of conjoined twins with face-to-face, fusion at the level of the thorax and upper abdomen. Heart anomalies are very common findings along with hepatobiliary anomalies.
