- direct communication between the basilar artery and left intracavernous internal carotid artery.
- Left dominant vertebral artery.
- hypoplastic right posterior communicating artery
- Normal calibers of the ICAs, anterior, posterior and middle cerebral arteries as well as the anterior communicating artery
- No associated vascular malformations or intracranial aneurysms
