Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female
  • direct communication between the basilar artery and left intracavernous internal carotid artery.
  • Left dominant vertebral artery.
  • hypoplastic right posterior communicating artery
  • Normal calibers of the ICAs, anterior, posterior and middle cerebral arteries as well as the anterior communicating artery
  • No associated vascular malformations or intracranial aneurysms
