Presentation

Swelling of the anterior hard palate.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Well-defined unilocular radiolucent lesion at the midline of the maxilla centered on the maxillary incisive canal measuring 18 x 16 x 14 mm with a homogeneous content.

Inferior turbinate hypertrophy with nasal septal deviation.
