There is saccular dilatation of bronchi that extends to the pleural surfaces inferring cystic bronchiectasis and resembling a "bunch of grapes" like appearance.
In addition, a few small nodules, less than 10 mm, are scattered at both lungs, which seem to be fibrotic nodules.
A sliding hiatal hernia is present.
In imaged portions of the lower neck, the thyroid is enlarged, contains several nodules, and extends retrosternal.
In imaged portions of the upper abdomen, several small hyperdense cysts are seen in the kidneys. Additionally, a 32 mm stone is noted in the left kidney, causing left renal parenchymal atrophic changes. Several small gallstones are also observed.
