Subcortical and subependymal nodular heterotopia of grey matter in left frontoparietal lobe, this is resulting in mild exvacuo-prominence and scalloped margins of body, frontal and occipital horns of the left lateral ventricle. These described imaging features are representing cortical neuronal migration disorders such as grey matter heterotopia.
