Free fluid within peritoneal cavity, more hyperdense within the pelvis consistent with hemorrhage.
Ill-defined structure within the right hemipelvis with few small cystic regions, most likely the right adnexa.
Incidental gall stone.
Small hiatal hernia.
Small umbilical hernia. No signs of bowel obstruction.
Case Discussion
Adding the clinical and imaging findings, favored ruptured ectopic pregnancy. A high beta hCG level was reported by the surgical team, as was requested for confirmation. The surgical team did approve the diagnosis, however, an official report is not available.
