There is a right adnexal cyst separated from the right ovary with a peripheral thick wall surrounded by significant colour flow (ring of fire sign), the cyst appears within the right fallopian tube.
The uterine cavity shows no evidence of intrauterine gestational sac with endometrial thickness of about 7 mm. 
No free fluid in pelvis or Morison pouch.
