Cerebellopontine angle (CPA) lipoma

Presentation

Chronic headaches.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Small well-defined extra-axial lesion at the right cerebellopontine angle surrounding the facial/vestibulocochlear nerve measuring 8 x 6 x 4 mm. It elicits a high signal on T1, T2 and FLAIR, attenuated on fat-suppressed sequences with no enhancement on post-contrast sequences.
