Image shows findings of left atrial enlargement.

There is widened carina angle; double density around the right heart border and left atrial enlargement (third mogul sign).

Case Discussion

Left atrial enlargement can be congenital or acquired and is usually due to valvular heart diseases such as mitral stenosis or regurgitation.
