A 195× 75× 95 mm large hetero-enhancing mass at the left upper lobe infiltrates the anterolateral aspect of the left chest wall. It extends within the left pulmonary vein causing tumour thrombosis. Additionally, left hilar structures are encased by the mass.
Interlobular septal thickening at both lungs is suggestive of lymphangitic carcinomatosis accompanied by several scattered nodules less than 18 mm, inferring metastases.
Large masses with heterogeneous enhancement at both adrenal glands are consistent with bilateral adrenal metastases.
A few small cysts are seen at the liver less than 8 mm.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
